The Erasmus+ programme is a European programme from the European Commission for mobility of higher education in Europe. Erasmus+ will give students the chance to study, train and undertake work experience abroad with the aim of boosting skills and employability. Erasmus+ will also support transnational partnerships among Education and Training to foster cooperation and bridge the worlds of Education and work in order to tackle the skills gaps we are facing in Europe.
Aeres University of Applied Sciences, has been awarded an Erasmus+ charter for the period 2021–2027.

This means that the university is able to participate in European programmes, send students and staff members to, and receive students and staff from, higher education institutions across Europe on study, training, teaching or work shadowing visits (provided that the institution is also in receipt of the Erasmus University Charter).
Aeres University of Applied Sciences takes part in this Erasmus+ programme for incoming and outgoing students. We cooperate with over 50 partner universities.
ECT system
All records of modules are administered according to the EC system. After one semester in a course, students’ progress and results are assessed in a meeting of the lecturers teaching and assessing the course. This meeting is meant to identify students with possible progress problems. At the end of the course , students’ progress and results are assessed again. The award of a degree or diploma and pertinent qualification follows the award of all course credits leading to that award.

Aeres UAS offers several exchange possibilities for 1 semester in different topics.
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
Blended Intensive Programmes are a great way for international students to get ‘a taste’ of studying abroad. Combining a virtual study period with a mobility period between 5 and 30 days, Blended Intensive Programmes offer an inclusive experience abroad.
Spread throughout the year, Aeres UAS organizes several Blended Intensive Programmes. Students and staff from partner universities are invited to participate in these BIPs. To participate students must be nominated by the International Office of their home university. Information about all Blended Intensive Programmes, can be found here. Participants can apply through the application link mentioned underneath the title of the BIP.
Aeres University of Applied Sciences reserves the right to admit international students to the BIP through a selection procedure in the case of many applications. Participants may be asked to pay a fee for housing and meals organized by Aeres UAS.
