How to Apply in 5 steps:

Step 1: Check Admission Requirements

Ensure you meet the programme’s requirements that can be found on the programme page under ‘Admission requirements’.

Step 2: Register via Studielink

Submit your application through Studielink, the Dutch online application system. Studielink will forward your enrollment details to Aeres University of Applied Sciences.  

Step 3: Submit application documents and information

After submitting your application in Studielink, you will receive an email from Aeres with the request to continue your application in Osiris Application. This email has your personal log in details. Also keep an eye on your spambox.
Upload the following documents in Osiris application:

  • Copy of passport/ID (if you are not registered in the Netherlands)
  • CV/Resume (Contact details, prior learning, working experience)
  • Most relevant diploma (if obtained) and transcript/Diploma Supplement
  • English language test result (minimum score listed below):

You are exempt from the language test if:

  • English is your official first language (To be decided by the International Office)
  • You hold a qualifying degree from this specific list
  • You hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma

Step 4: Application review and intake interview

Once all documents are submitted, the application committee will review your file. You will be notified within 2 weeks.

If eligible, you will be invited to an (online) intake interview with an academic staff member. The resulting report will be added to your application file.

Non-EU applicants, will first need to pay the € 100,- Handling Fee invoice, before the intake interview will be organized. This Handling Fee is non-refundable.

A final decision will follow. If positive, you will receive admission letter by email including information on finances and housing.
 

Step 5: Non-European Applicants: Visa Process

After admission, the International Office will guide you through the steps to secure your residence permit. More information.

UniBuddy:
After admission you will receive an invite to join our UniBuddy app. In this network you will be able to chat with current students, your future class/roommates and future friends for life.

The international office will also share important information and dates in this app.

Cancellation of enrollment:
If, for whatever reason, the student decides not to study at AeresUAS, they are requested to cancel their enrollment in Studielink.

AeresUAS can cancel the enrollment request if:

  • The applicant does not meet the application requirements;
  • The applicant does not meet the visa application requirements;
