Nicolette van de Kamp has been working as a teacher and project leader for Aeres University of Applied Sciences since 2011. The themes that she works on in projects and activities are about food and health, the food transition, sustainability and environment-oriented entrepreneurship, in order to make progress together. All of the projects centre around knowledge development, knowledge sharing, innovation and awareness. It is through these projects that Aeres collaborates with local government, societal organisations, manufacturers, SMEs and other knowledge institutes.
