Esmond Wesselink has been working with the research team at Aeres University of Applied Sciences in Almere since 2022. At the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Earth and Economics, and a master’s degree in Hydrology. Both study programmes centred around a multidisciplinary approach. In his previous job, he worked as a geohydrologist for an engineering firm. There he worked on groundwater issues for civil and nature projects. At Aeres, he works with the Practice-based Research Team on, among other projects, the Excellent Green and Healthy Home Environment project.
