The study programme

Do you want to know how cheese, yogurt and ice cream are made? In this minor you will learn everything about processing milk into various dairy products (small and large scale) and you will make products like cheese, yogurt, butter and ice cream at the dairy pilot facilities at our school farm and during a company assignment. 

This minor can be the starting point for a career in the dairy industry or enable you to make dairy products at your own farm.

  • Application
    • Duration of this programme: 1 February – 31 May
    • Application is open as of 1 October
    • Application deadline: 1 December

    After your home university has informed the international office that you are nominated for an exchange at Aeres UAS, the international office will inform you via email on the application procedure.
