Students in International Food Business and European Food Business only pay tuition fee to Aeres UAS during the four years of study; they do not pay tuition fee to the partner universities involved in the study programme.

Bachelor programme - NON-EU student
Tuition fees and study costs

Academic year 2024 - 2025
- Tuition fee: €9343 (subject to change per academic year)
- Get-on-Board fee: €120
- Books (depending on programme): €200 to €300
Academic year 2023 - 2024
- Tuition fee: € 8215 (subject to change per academic year)*
- Get-on-Board Fee: € 150
- Books (depending on programme): € 200 to € 300
* € 24.000 needs to be paid in advance before the visa application procedure as proof of sufficient financial means. This amount will cover all the required payments mentioned above and the costs for living in the Netherlands. After the start of your study, you will receive back the remaining amount.

Only after consultation and approval of the International Office of Aeres UAS the amount can be paid in two instalments. The first instalment has to be paid before the visa application procedure, the second payment by proof of the availability of this amount on your bank account.

* € 24.000 needs to be paid in advance before the visa application procedure as proof of sufficient financial means. This amount will cover all the required payments mentioned above and the costs for living in the Netherlands. After the start of your study, you will receive back the remaining amount.

The overview consists of two types of expenses:

1. Study costs

2. Costs for living in the Netherlands

Paying tuition fees

In case you choose to pay the tuition fee in 1 term, the tuition fee will be deducted from your bank account around the 25th of October of that academic year.
Did you choose to pay in 7 terms, the tuition fee will be deducted from your bank account around the 25th of October, 25th of November, 25th of December, 25th of January, 25th of March and the 25th of April. With the first installment an additional € 24,- will be deducted for administration costs.
