Overall student satisfaction in the Agriculture and Natural Environment sector is the highest on average at 83.9%, as published in the results of the National Student Survey (NSE) by Studiekeuze123; the leading Dutch website for high school and vocational education students in The Netherlands. This reflects our own results within Aeres University of Applied Sciences. Our students rate the atmosphere with a stunning 4.38 and their study programme with a 3.84 on a 5-point scale. Compared to the national average of 3.68 and 4.07 respectively. The involvement and level of knowledge of lecturers at Aeres University of Applied Sciences is also highly rated and significantly higher than the national average.
For several years now, the study programmes specialising in Agriculture and Natural Environment have held high scores in terms of student satisfaction (score 83.9%). The national student satisfaction rate is with 73.4%, much lower. Students at Aeres University of Applied Sciences, with faculties in Almere, Dronten and Wageningen rate their studies on average with a 3.84. Students especially award high satisfaction scores to the connection with future professions, involvement and contact with teachers, personal coaching and their internship experience.
